Aquacendo
Aquacendo is a filtered water bottle with an integrated lighting function. The filter removes 99.99 percent of bacteria, microorganisms and other contaminants. The cap holds a solar powered LED light that shines inward, so the water inside the bottle spreads the light over a wider area. Three lighting modes are offered: low brightness, high brightness and a flashing signal. The cap, handle and bottle body are interchangeable. The bottle is made from recyclable RPET, with silicone and silicone coated parts. Two sizes hold 560 and 915 millilitres.
Aquacendo Bottle by Shanghai Grand Trade Co.,Ltd. has been highlighted as an innovative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award. Aquacendo Bottle won the Golden A' Design Award in Social Design in 2025. The A' Social Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which celebrates excellent design of community projects, social campaigns, public installations, educational programs, sustainable initiatives, healthcare solutions, inclusive design, cultural interactions and more.
